Background
The Sunnyvale
4A Economic Development Corporation was founded to promote
development of commercial real estate within the town limits
of Sunnyvale, Texas. Sunnyvale offers a competitive advantage
for new, relocating, and expanding businesses. The combination
of quality of life amenities and economic benefits produces
the right environment for personal fulfillment and business
prosperity.
The Sunnyvale
Economic Development Corporation, funded by sales tax revenue,
